I do the obvious ones first…
Then I write the possible numbers in at the most 2 squares. like if 5 can be in two possible places in a square, I will use the top corner to just write a small 5 in each…
Elimination also helps, keep looking at the rows and columns to see which numbers remain and that will give you a clue about where the remaining numbers on the square will go.
It should be fun and if it isn’t so, you must have made a mistake or might have missed a clue.
Also, keep checking all the squares from 1 – 9.. that helps too.
I’ve loved doing sudoku puzzles for about two years now, and have gotten pretty good at them. But I can’t figure out how one actually creates one. Is a special formula or software program of some kind required to come up with those books that have hundreds of puzzles? Also, how is the difficulty level determined? Over the past few years I’d seen my friend’s kids work on these sudoku games but initially never put too much stock into finding out about them. Kids stuff is pretty much what I thought.
